Restoration, cleanup and the rebuild
Fire, water, smoke and the damage they leave behind — and the reconstruction that puts the property back together. Six services for homes and for commercial buildings, and one team across all of them.

What we handle
Six services, one team
Most losses need two or three of these, and they run in one sequence — stop the damage, clean what is left, then rebuild it properly. Pick whichever one you are dealing with now, and we will tell you what comes next.
The first 48 hours
What happens in the hours after a loss
The decisions made in the first day or two decide how much of the property can be saved and how long you are out of it. This is the order we work in, and it does not change because it is late at night.
- Emergency board-up and roof tarping to stop water and weather getting in
- Standing water extracted and the source shut down
- Air movers and dehumidifiers set, with moisture readings logged daily
- Soot and residue neutralized before it corrodes metal and sets into surfaces
- Contents packed out, inventoried and cleaned off site where needed
- Everything photographed and documented for the claim as we go
Before you call anyone
What a good restoration scope looks like
Most people go through this once. It is worth knowing what you should be handed before the work starts, and what you should be asked to sign — and not sign.
- Room by room and item by item, not one lump sum
- Moisture readings and a drying plan in writing, not "we will leave the fans a while"
- Contents listed before anything is boxed or discarded
- The rebuild named separately from the cleanup, so you can see both
- Anything found once the walls are open, added by written change
- No contract signed on your doorstep in the first hour after a fire
Straight answers
What we will tell you up front
A restoration company that will not tell you the truth about your own house is worse than no company at all. These are the things we say before you sign anything.
Licensed & certifiedLicenses, insurance certificates and references available on request — before the work starts, not after.
- We will not begin chargeable work without your written approval of the scope.
- We will tell you honestly when something can be cleaned rather than replaced.
- We will not throw anything away before it has been inventoried and photographed.
- We will document the loss for your claim whether or not you have filed yet.
- We will not tell you a claim is covered until your adjuster has agreed it is.
- We will not ask you to sign anything the hour after a fire.
24-hour emergency response
A straight answer and a written scope.
We come out, document what we found, and put the work and the cost in writing — and we deal with your adjuster, so you are making decisions instead of relaying messages.
