Reconstruction & remodeling

Property damage does not end with the cleanup. Structural repairs, interior rebuilding and finishing work require professionals who understand both restoration and construction — and one team that handles the whole rebuild so you never have to hire a second contractor.

What we do

The rebuild, in six kinds of work

Our team manages the entire rebuilding process, eliminating the need to hire multiple contractors. We focus on precision, durability and clean craftsmanship, because a rebuild that is rushed is a rebuild you will be living inside of for years.

Structural repairs

Framing, joists, sheathing, headers and load-bearing walls repaired or replaced where fire, water or impact damaged them. We open the wall, show you what the damage actually is, and fix the structure before anything is closed back up over it.

Drywall & ceiling restoration

Cut out, replaced, taped, floated and finished — including the ceilings that took the water and the smoke. Matched to the existing texture, because a repaired ceiling you can spot from the doorway is not a repaired ceiling.

Flooring replacement

Hardwood, engineered, laminate, LVP, tile and carpet, removed and replaced where water or smoke reached under it. Subfloor dried and checked first, so new flooring is never laid over a damp problem that comes back as a smell.

Kitchen & bathroom remodeling

The two rooms a fire or a supply line damages most, and the two that cost the most to get wrong. Cabinetry, counters, tile, fixtures, lighting and ventilation, planned as one job rather than a sequence of trades.

Cabinet & fixture installation

Kitchen and bath cabinetry, vanities, shelving, trim, doors, hardware and the fixtures that go with them — set level, scribed to the wall, and installed after the paint rather than before it.

Interior & exterior finishing

Paint, stain, trim, siding, exterior doors and the details that close the building back up. The last ten percent is the part you see every day, and it is the part we finish properly.

Our reconstruction process

Four steps, and you know the scope at step one

During the restoration process, our team conducts a thorough evaluation of the damage so as much of your property as possible can be salvaged and rebuilt rather than replaced.

01

Detailed assessment and planning

We evaluate the structural damage, work out what has to be replaced against what can be repaired, and create a clear scope of work with an itemized estimate and a timeline you approve before anything starts.

02

Structural restoration

Repairs to framing, roofing, walls and the critical structural components. This is the part that has to be right, and it is done before any finish material goes back on.

03

Interior finishing

Drywall, flooring, painting, fixtures, cabinetry and the final touches. Trades sequenced so nothing has to be taken back out and done twice.

04

Final inspection and completion

A thorough quality check of every detail, a walkthrough with you, and anything that is not right made right before we call the job finished.

Why one team

The rebuild is where projects stall

The most common complaint about a restoration is not the cleanup — it is the wait afterwards. The house is dried, the equipment is gone, and the family is living in a half-finished room waiting on a contractor who has not called back. We do both halves of the job, which means the rebuild starts when the mitigation ends instead of after you find somebody.

  • One team from the mitigation to the last coat of paint — no gap for you to bridge.
  • A written, itemized scope and timeline before any chargeable work begins.
  • We document the loss in the form your adjuster needs to see it.
  • We work directly with your insurance on the reconstruction portion of the claim.
  • Structural work done before finishes, so nothing gets covered up.
  • A single point of contact who knows your property and answers the phone.

Licensed & certifiedLicensed and insured for both the restoration and the construction side of the work. Certificates available on request.

The scope, in writing

  • Room by room, itemized, with the materials named.
  • What is being repaired and what is being replaced, and why.
  • A timeline with the sequence the trades will work in.
  • The cleanup and the rebuild priced separately, so you can see both.
  • Anything found once the walls are open, added by written change.

24-hour emergency response

A straight answer and a written scope.

We come out, document what we found, and put the work and the cost in writing — and we deal with your adjuster, so you are making decisions instead of relaying messages.

Get us out to look at it

Tell us what needs rebuilding — a room after a fire, a kitchen after a supply line failed, a basement that was finished and is not any more, or a project somebody else walked away from. We will come out and tell you what it actually takes.

  • A rebuild after fire, water or storm damage.
  • A room, a floor or a whole property gutted by a loss.
  • A kitchen or bath that has to be replaced, not just repaired.
  • Work that another contractor started and did not finish.

Damage still active?

Call instead of writing. The rebuild comes after the cleanup, and the cleanup comes first.
